Where to Stay: Part III

I walk past this Inn often and always think about how cute and cozy it is. Here's the website, submitted for your approval. It's very close to the wedding venue, as a bonus! And has views overlooking the Great Pacific Ocean & the Sutro Ruins. Just above the Cliff House, for those who know San Francisco's western-most edge.

Where to stay: Part I

A San Francisco favorite is the Phoenix Hotel: PHOENIX HOTEL BOOKING WEBSITE

The Phoenix Hotel has been popular with the entertainment industry for two decades. This funky, urban retreat is an unexpected oasis, featuring a landmark pool, original 50's architecture, and island-inspired guestrooms. The casual décor draws on the vibrant colors and textures of the tropics to accent the original bungalow design of the rooms. Each of the spacious 44 rooms, including three suites, faces the lush central courtyard and includes complimentary continental breakfast and parking for one car. Artwork by local San Francisco artists decorates the rooms and courtyard. The Phoenix Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Wedding Wish List...

Above: Georgia and Honky Tonk, both BAD RAP resuces.

Chris and I are in the process of creating a gift registry for some household items that we have had our eyes on for a while. Just some things to add to what we consider our permanent collection of kitchen wares, etc. I will post it once it's completed.

NOW! On to more important things! As most of you know, we are the proud parents of a sweet, loving, silly dog named Georgia. She is a pit bull who came from a wonderful rescue organization called BAD RAP or Bay Area Doglovers Responsible About Pit Bulls. They do the hard, heart-wrenching, pavement pounding that helps take these marginalized dogs out of horrific situations, bring them into their own homes for some serious TLC, and then place them in loving "forever-homes" with Forever Families.

We do not EXPECT a gift of any type from anyone. HOWEVER! If you would like to give us a little something special for our big day, consider a donation to "BAD RAP" in Georgia's name. There is no amount too small, and nothing would mean more to us--or the sweet dogs that you will be helping. Click the link below to donate securely through PayPal.
